At Learn and Grow, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to explore their potential beyond the classroom. Our enrichment programs are designed for students in grades 2–12 and introduce real-world skills in a fun, age-appropriate, and engaging way. We offer programs in three high-impact areas: Financial Literacy, Coding & Technology, and Business & Entrepreneurship. Each program is segmented by grade band so every student learns at exactly the right level. Programs are available for individual students, school partnerships, and youth-serving organizations.

PROGRAM 1 OF 3Financial Literacy for Kids
We live in a world where financial decisions happen every day yet most schools don’t teach children how money actually works. Our Financial Literacy program fills that gap with hands-on, grade-appropriate lessons that give students a head start on building smart money habits for life.
From understanding the value of coins and making change to budgeting, banking, and basic investing, our curriculum grows with your child through every stage of their education.

Why It Matters
Research shows that financial habits and attitudes are formed as early as age 7. Students who receive financial education are more likely to save consistently, make thoughtful spending decisions, and enter adulthood with greater financial confidence.

Technology is the language of the future — and the earlier students learn it, the more doors it opens. Our Coding & Technology program introduces students in grades 2–12 to computational thinking, problem-solving, and digital creation through project-based, hands-on learning.
No prior experience needed. Whether your student has never opened a coding program or is already building apps, our classes meet them where they are and take them further.

Some of the world’s most innovative businesses were started by people who learned to think like entrepreneurs early. Our Business & Entrepreneurship program teaches students in grades 2–12 to identify opportunities, solve problems, and turn their ideas into action.
This isn’t just about starting a business it’s about building the mindset, confidence, and communication skills students need to lead in any area of life.

Our enrichment programs serve students in grades 2 through 12. Each program is segmented by grade band — Grades 2–3, 4–5, 6–8, and 9–12 — so every student learns content that is appropriately challenging and engaging for where they are.
